Service policies: LATE POLICY- •if you are 10 minutes late, there is a $10 late fee •anything past 15 minutes must reschedule • if you’re going to be late, must text within 30 minutes of your appointment to let me know RESCHEDULE POLICY- • if you reschedule before 24 hours, no charge and able to rebook online • same-day cancellations are $20 fee before booking next appointment • no shows- must pay for next service upfront FILL POLICY- • you must have 50% or more of your lashes to book a fill •SET FILL PRICE IS $50 unless I say otherwise at time of appointment •if you DO NOT HAVE 50% you will be charged appropriately for the amount of lashes I have to replace • if you are on a fill deal coming in for a free fill you must have 50% of your lashes on if you do not you will be charged a reapply fee of $15 NO REFUNDS I still use products!! Once you leave my building anything can happen and I will not honor refunds! Please ladies going into the new year I will be enforcing my policies!
